Veronique Briant

Veronique is an integrative therapist supporting individuals and couples with issues relating to anxiety; stress; family and relationships.

In her own words:

“I am passionate about this work and aim to provide my clients with valuable space and time to consider their situation. We generally work out what the goals are early on, and then set about identifying the influences and patterns that have been formed. This helps paint a picture of what's happening for them - what often happens - and why.

Clients come to me with a variety of issues relating to work-life balance; relationship and family problems; partnership breakdowns; stress and anxiety and concerns over personal well-being. I offer an environment that enables clients to fully express and discover their deepest fears and concerns, alongside opportunities to recognise their natural skills and talents.

One of my specialisations is working with couples, and I have created a session structure that allows for deep analysis of why breakdowns are occurring and the options for resolution”.

See 'Testimonials' page for client experiences.

“I became interested in my own personal development in 1997 and undertook courses both in the UK and abroad. I also got involved in group work. In 2007, I qualified as an NLP Practitioner to support my training skills in the corporate environment. I liked the idea of changing what wasn't helpful, and there are various NLP exercises that can support mind and body in facilitating positive change. In 2009 I co-facilitated the Family Aftercare Support Group at an addiction treatment centre in Ontario, Canada.

During 20 years in marketing across Europe, North America and The Middle East, I have developed cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of workplace issues, stress and work/life balance”.
